No. I write it and map it; you post it and run your page.
Do you engage with my audience or answer my DMs?
No. The conversations are yours — that's where the sale happens. The strategy call and the playbook show you exactly how to handle them.
Can I message you with questions as they come up?
Everything you need is in the strategy, the call, and the playbook. Ongoing questions and check-ins after delivery aren't included. Want hands-on support? We can set up a separate retainer.
Do you shoot photos or video?
No — this is written content and strategy. If you're local to me, a content shoot can be added on by request.
How many revisions do I get?
One round on the written content. You give me all your feedback at once and I make the changes. After that, it's yours to run.
Do you guarantee sales?
No one honest can. I guarantee strategy and content built to start the conversations that lead to sales. Posting, showing up, and closing are on you.
When and how do I pay?
In full or split — before any work starts. No work begins until payment is in.
Are refunds available?
Once the work starts, it's non-refundable — the strategy and writing are done for you specifically. If you cancel before we begin, you're refunded.
