Make the calls
The decisions you have been circling for months get made. The offer. The price. The structure. The boundary. One at a time, each with a deadline, spoken in the room so you cannot quietly renegotiate with yourself next week.

Live as her, out loud
You hold the new standard where people can see you. Fully visible, doing the work, charging what it costs, keeping your word to yourself. By day 90 this is not a program anymore. It is just how you move.
