1:1 mentorship with Ashli McCoy

I'll tell you what to do next.

You have the ideas. You have the drive. What you don't have is somebody who has built something looking at all of it and telling you which one to build, in what order, and what to leave alone.

Ashli McCoy, founder of She Rich Digital

Encouragement is not direction.

You have a list. Some of it is in your notes app, some of it is in your head, and some of it you already started and stopped twice. Every one of those ideas feels like it could be the one, so you keep moving between them, and at the end of the month you can't point to a single thing that's finished.

The women around you love you. They tell you you're doing amazing. They send the fire emoji when you post. None of that tells you whether the thing you're about to give the next three months of your life to is worth three months.

You already know you've outgrown figuring this out by yourself. That's usually the place where a woman either finds somebody who has actually done it, or spends another year guessing and calling it learning.

What changes

You stop guessing.

  • You know what you're doing this weekNot a list of twelve things. The one thing that moves money, and the reason it's that one.
  • You hear no before it costs youWhen an idea doesn't make sense, you find that out before you've paid for the logo, the site, the inventory and the launch.
  • You get an answer while you still have the questionBring me the offer, the price, the email, the conversation you're nervous about, and you get a real answer instead of sitting with it until you talk yourself out of it.
  • Somebody is honest with you about your pricingWhat you're charging, what you're worth, and the gap between the two get said out loud.
  • You get into roomsI'm in those rooms. Events, venues, planners, founders, press. You come with me instead of watching from the timeline.

Who I take.

This is for you if

  • Money is already coming in. Maybe it's uneven, maybe it's less than you want, but something is working.
  • You want the truth more than you want to feel good on the call.
  • You do the work in between, not just the talking.
  • You have more ideas than hours and you need somebody to sort them with you.

This is not for you if

  • You want a cheerleader.
  • You want another course sitting in your email.
  • You want it built for you instead of built with you.
  • You already know what you'd rather hear.

Why me.

Four years running She Rich Digital. Two published books. I speak at other women's brunches, conferences and workshops, and I host my own annual one. I've been on the floor of festivals in my city as credentialed media, and I've sat with founders and taken their pricing apart line by line. Voyage Maryland ran a feature on the company this year.

I'm not going to tell you I have it all figured out. I'm going to tell you I've already made the expensive mistakes you're about to make, and I'll say so before you write the check.

Start here

Tell me what you're building.

$500 / month

Ninety days to start. Thirty days of anything doesn't prove much, and I'd rather you leave with something built than something planned.

I read these myself. You'll get back either a link to book a call with me or a straight no with the reason.

Before you ask.

I have more than one business.
Bring all of them. Deciding which one gets your attention is half of what we're doing.
I don't really know what my problem is.
You don't have to. Finding it is my job.
Will you tell me an idea is bad?
Yes. Kindly, and with what to do instead.
